Wondershare video converter old version2/24/2024 I am still discovering the plethora of tools offered within the the uniconverter. I wasted a lot of money before I found uniconverter. This software is superior to what I have used through the years. I highly recommend using iskysoft/ wondershare products, you WILL not be disappointed. The concern the rep had for me, and the rep’s ability to listen and not try to talk all over me got my attention. I spoke to a representative and immediately the representative knew what the problem was, walked me through all the steps, within minutes I was up and running. This I think is very rude, rude because if I paid my money and there’s an issue, I should be able to get live help. I was shocked because, most software companies have gone to an email only tech support solution method. One week ago I had a migration issue with a new computer, I really needed tech support, I went through the steps online, and I was was in total shock to find out that they had live representatives, that you could speak to via phone. I have been an avid user for the past 3-4 years. This software has opened up my eyes to so many new possibilities that I never had before. Very very easy to use, non-intimidating as well as user friendly. I usually don’t do reviews, but I truly feel compelled to write about my experiences with iskysoft/ wondershare uniconverter.
